Whether you are building a conservatory or a two room
extension, underfloor heating is ideal, giving both the
luxury of a warm floor and comfortable room temperature.
The benefits of the EasyHeat system combine to give a
comprehensive package from simple installation, guaranteed
performance and minimal running costs. |
 |
Floorwarming
Made Easy
With traditional central heating, air heated by
the radiator rises. The result is that the hottest
part of the room is the ceiling and coldest is the
floor, where the heat is actually needed. This is
both very inefficient and wasteful but also uncomfortable
to the body generally applied in complex room shapes
or areas requiring heating loads from 70 to 200
watts/m.sq. Easyheat fixed output heaters are ideal
for conservatories, house extensions, room conversions. These
products are ideal for complex room shapes or where
the installed loading is required to be between
70 and 200 watts/m.sq.

Benefits
from under-floor heating include:-
|
- No more cold feet! More
comfortable warmth
- Uniform heat, where it
is needed, distributed across the whole floor
- Lower temperature set
point = great energy efficiency
- Invisible heat –
no unsightly radiators
- No high temperature surfaces
– safer, particularly for older people
- Gentle air circulation
reduces airborne dust
- Dry floors eliminate
fungi growth
- Easier to keep clean
- EasyHeat cables should
be embedded within a 30 to 50 mm levelling compound
or sand/cement screed.

| HOW
TO SELECT & INSTALL THE ECO CABLE HEATER |
 |
- Measure the area required to be heated allowing
for obstructions such as kitchen units, Bath,WC.
- Select the watts/m2 required (generally 70-150
watts provide a comfort heat).Conservatories
require additional heating load if the under-floor
system is the primary source of warmth. We recommend
180 to 200 watts/m.sq.

- Lay fixing strip provided to floor at approximately
50 cm apart.
- Select appropriate position for the controller.
- Lay cable and loop back and forth at the required
pitch (shown above).
- Cover cable with suitable screed (we recommend
between 30-50 mm).
- Please note that the controller has a
switching limit of 3600 watts, therefore
areas requiring multiple packs will need
a contactor supplied and fitted by a qualified
person if the total heating load exceeds
the switch capacity of the controller.
- We recommend the use of RCCD/MCB protection
with all the underfloor heating systems.
- Insulation -Warmfloor Solutions promotes
energy efficiency. We recommend all floor
bases are installed with suitable insulation.
