Underfloor Heating |
|
 |
| MiniMat Twin |
| Ultra-Thin Floor Heating System |
MiniMat is designed and manufactured to enable a complete heated floor to be installed within a minimal thickness dimension. The ultra-thin heat mat (3mm approx.) may be embedded within the tile fixing cement. This may be a critical factor for rooms with low ceilings. The mats are all 500mm wide and available in various lengths.
MiniMat heaters are “ready-to-use” products which makes the installation a very simple process. The mats, which may be cut by the installer to match exact floor coverage requirements, are simply positioned on the floor in your room prior to the application of tile fixing cement, after which, your tiles may be laid using traditional methods. Virtually any shape or area can be heated using the MiniMat heating systems.
MiniMat is the ideal solution for floor heating requirements in the following circumstances:
- Rooms with low ceilings
- Rooms having a small surface area
- Where you wish to install underfloor heating to an existing floor
- Where the installation needs to be quick and simple

| EasyHeat Mini Cables 3.0mm dia(150Watt/m2) |
| Floorwarming Made Easy |
With traditional central heating, air heated by the radiator rises. The result is that the hottest part of the room is the ceiling and coldest is the floor, where the heat is actually needed. This is both very inefficient and wasteful but also uncomfortable to the body generally applied in complex room shapes or areas requiring heating loads from 70 to 200 watts/m.sq. Easyheat fixed output heaters are ideal for conservatories, house extensions, room conversions. These products are ideal for complex room shapes or where the installed loading is required to be between 70 and 200 watts/m.sq.
Benefits from under-floor heating include:
- No more cold feet! More comfortable warmth
- Uniform heat, where it is needed, distributed across the whole floor
- Lower temperature set point = great energy efficiency
- Invisible heat – no unsightly radiators
- No high temperature surfaces – safer, particularly for older people
- Gentle air circulation reduces airborne dust
- Dry floors eliminate fungi growth
- Easier to keep clean
- EasyHeat mini cables should be fully embedded within either a floor leveling compound or tile adhesive..

| EasyHeat In Slab Cables 7.0mm(150Watt/m2) |
| Floor Heating System |
The HeatSafe self regulating heating cable can be used with all floor coverings including ceramic tiled floors, wooden floors, vinyl tiled floors and even carpeted floors. By installing a self regulating heating cable, that varies its output relative to the floor temperature, it is possible to achieve an even heat distribution without localised overheating. These products are ideal for wooden floor constructions, heat sensitive floor coverings or for use with our ComfyFloor Acoustic Floating Floor.
HeatSafe heating cable may be embedded 30 - 50mm below the surface of the concrete floor slab in, for example, new build constructions, but more often is applied to the top of wooden or concrete floors in both new build and retrofit/renovation constructions.
Why Choose Self Regulating Cables?
- Inherently Safe – Cannot overheat or burnout!
- Energy Efficient
- Simple to Install
- Cut to length cable
- Simple and Reliable
